The Bennington Farmer's Market is seeking vendors interested in selling homegrown produce, handmade items, baked goods and more! The market will take place on the first and third Saturdays from June 4 through October 8. You do not need to commit to every date to register. The cost to participate is $25/session. Payment is due at the time of registration and is nonrefundable. You may submit a single registration for the entire season, or register for individual sessions as your schedule allows.

Terms & Conditions:
Each vendor will be provided an empty 10x10 stall. You will be responsible for bringing your own equipment and supplies, including but not limited to tables, chairs, tents, generators, cash boxes, etc. Each vendor is also encouraged to bring signage displaying your business name and product pricing.

Set up will begin at 8 a.m., and we ask that vendors be set up and ready to sell no later than 8:45 a.m. Vendors must completely clean their booth space at the end of market, including transporting trash and recycling offsite.

Finally, it is the vendor's responsibility to be familiar with local, state and federal regulations governing the products they sell. Sampling must meet Douglas County Health Department code. The guidelines and application for a retail farmer's market permit can be found at www.douglascountyhealth.com. Additionally, non-produce vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting and paying sales tax.

Secure all necessary permits and approvals to sell my product at a retail market.

Indemnify and hold harmless the City of Bennington, Bennington Chamber of Commerce, Bennington Community Foundation and their employees, volunteers and sponsors from any and all causes of action which may arise from the operation of the Bennington Farmer's Market.

Grant permission to the Bennington Farmer's Market to use any photos or video taken of my products or me while at the Bennington Farmer's Market to advertise and promote the event.

Abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the event's organizers.
